Sketch of Tom Hiddleston (who you may know as "Loki" from Thor and the Avengers).

Commissioned by ~Lola-in-the-Black as a birthday present

The original is 3x smaller than the scanned version which you can see here!

I couldn't decide which of the 2 I liked the most, so I'm posting the original (graphite) version, and the edited (vintage layer) version!

Which of the 2 Hiddles do you like better?

The sketch was drawn on A6 format, which is as small as a postcard (10x15cm / 4"x6").

I used my regular set of H(ard) mechanical pencils + 0.5mm F for the skintones, and 2B for the darker parts.

Drawn on Hahnemühle Nostalgie postcard paper.

Took me about 3 hours to complete.

Tom, you handsome fellow...

Hi I may have commented on some of your work already, but I'm spreading the word to as MANY Hiddles fans as I can, we're making a scrap book consisting of fan art to give to Tom on his birthday, in a few days (the head of the project has already spoken with his agency and they said they'd deliver).
