It's Tarja Turunen, the female singer of Nightwish. I think she has a beautiful voice :), but opinions can be different...

This took me 2 days. About 20 hours probably. The stupid thing is that I printed to reference picture and while I was drawing I took a glass of water and I spilled water all over the picture so the half of it was gone. Can you follow it? It was ridiculous anyway...


Title: The Siren is a song of Nightwish. It's on the album 'Once'!


Edit: I forgot to mention that this picture is actually for *fecus :). I asked people what they wanted me to draw and they could give me pictures. My friend *fecus here wanted me to draw Tarja, so here you go ;).

Aside from that, I would like to mention that my stupid scanner made this drawing look horrible :(. In real life it looks much and much better! I already have scanned this picture way too many times, but it seems like nothing works. Argh!


Edit: Rescanned the picture. I think it turned out better than the one I already had.

it is a verry nice drawing, as all your portraits are, but it isn't as good as your last one, the picture of Katie Holmes (ik bedoel vooral het haar, bij een aantal andere tekeningen van je komt dat er mooier uit dan bij deze) But maybe I just like it a little less because I don't really like the looks of Tarja ;) (Nightwish is a great band tough!)
