Yes, that's right. I finally did a self portrait. What a surprise!

Never ever did I dare to draw myself before and this was a huge step for me. I feel exposed.
My hair isn't really that long. Normally it just falls over my shoulders, but I didn't really want to expose my whole self so I made my hair cover some parts of my body.

And the rest is just... well... me.

I hope you like it. I know it's something totally different!



Stuff I used:

H, HB, B, 2B & 3B mechanical pencils

tissues and tortillions for blending

regular eraser

A4 sketchbook

Time spent: 9,5 hours

Took the reference pictures myself.
Don't ask me how.
