I know what you're thinking...

'Huh? What is this? I don't know this character?!?!'

Hmm well, that's because it's a character I made up.
Yes, self made! What you see is a close up of a small part of the drawing...



This is one of my characters, called Nora.
She was born from the sky. A falling star who came down to earth to guide those who need help.

Nora means 'Light' in greek, or 'Guiding star'.

I designed her some years ago, but never dared to draw a realistic portrait of her. And now I did, go me!

I'm so proud of this one.

The form of her face is based upon an image of the beautiful *faestock , which can be seen here.
Compare it to the ref, and you'll see I changed a lot of her facial features, such as her nose, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, neck, ear...

So... what exactly did I made up?
Basically everything, lol.
I'm most proud of the ear, because it looks pretty realistic.


I cut off half of the picture, even though it looked pretty good. But why?
For now I just don't think it would fit. I like this head shot. That's it for now, lol. More OC's coming soon...
