And it is done once again:
Jake Gyllenhaal, for you all!

In this picture Jake seems to be creating a little distance between him and you.
I just love the song 'Slightly out of Reach'. It fits perfect to this drawing.

His pose reminds my of some weird titles, but I'll keep it this way. I'm afraid people won't respect me as an artist, but as 'the one with the silly descriptions', lol. And it's my own bloody fault.

Okay... so what else do I need to say... oh yes!:


Stuff I used:
  • 4H, 2H, H, HB, B, 2B & 3B mechanical pencils

  • 2 tissues for blending

  • tortillions

  • A4 sketchbook paper

  • pencil eraser

    • Time spent: hmm... 10 hours? This one went pretty fast! :)

    This is amazing, just curious do you use thicker pencils for darker shading? And the thinner for detail?! I've only just started drawing and sometimes I find it difficult to get the right shading or have bits a lot lighter than others! It probably sounds like a stupid question! Sorry, anyway awesome picture! :)
