Damn, I'm shaking so hard. This is very personal.

15 Years ago my world changed drastically.
Since then... I just... I changed.

10 Years ago, my world changed even a lot more.
I could say, april 18th 1998 was the worst day of my life.
Ever.
But yet... it has been the most beautiful day ever, because...
it made me who I am right now. :)

I compared this drawing to the one I did 2 years ago.

All eyes on You

I don't think this very often (actually... I never do) but... damn, I think I'm proud of myself. :| Not just for the improvement of my pencilskills only but... all those things that happened to me, I've been going through.

I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be.


Stuff I used:
  • 4H, 2H & HB mechancical pencils for the skin

  • B, 2B & 3B mechanical pencils for the eyes and eyebrows

  • 7B regular pencil for the black borders

  • tissues & tortillions for blending

  • A4 sketchbook paper

  • 12 references of my eyes

    • Time spent: 2 hours for the black border, 1,5 hours per eye so eh... approx... ehm... 20 hours.

    Drawn in 3 days!
